A Napolean Area City School District Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Henry County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the Napolean Area City School District to increase property taxes by 3.9 mills ($3.9 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund operating expenses.[1]
