A Naselle-Grays River Valley School District No. 155 Bond measure was defeated on the April 23, 2013, election ballot in Wahkiakum and Pacific Counties, which are in Washington.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the Naselle-Grays River Valley School District No. 155 to increase its debt by $8.1 million through issuing general obligation bonds in that amount in order to fund the modernization and upgrading of school facilities as described below in the Text of the measure. These bonds would be pay through the levy of excess property taxes over maximum 20 year life of the bonds.
This measure requires a 3/5ths (60%) super-majority approval rate to pass.[1]

“ | The Board of Directors of Naselle-Grays River Valley School District No. 155 adopted Resolution No. 121304 concerning this proposition for bonds. This proposition would authorize the District to undertake the modernization and upgrade of school facilities, including the vocational/music/grandstands building and physical education/gymnasium addition, to issue $8,100,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within a maximum of 20 years, and to levy excess property taxes annually to repay the bonds, as provided in Resolution No. 121304. Should this proposition be:
