- Qualifications! As Mayor of one of NC's largest cities and serving at large on the City Council, I have represented over 208,000 residents. I've been elected and re-elected so my understanding of the position is clear and my TOP priority is to represent this Congressional district with integrity and transparency..
- Accountability! Living in the district since the 1970's, Kim and I have many ties here. We hold ourselves accountable and our neighbors and friends hold us accountable too. Common sense decision making and legislation is a quality that I possess. I'm honored to have served this area in the past and honored that so many people continue to put their trust in our campaign for better government!
- Accessibility! Through the past thirty-something years of public service, I've always been accessible to those I serve. I consider myself a student and an employee to those who elected me. I will work for you the same way. I'm always on call and want to help! My phone number is 919-655-4NAT and my email is Nat4Congress@gmail.com.
