Biography

Cornelio was born in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from New York University with a bachelor's degree in 2003. She went on to obtain her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2006.[1]

My legal experience includes having been an associate with Locke Lord Liddell LLP, a staff attorney for the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, an attorney for the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Texas, the Director of Criminal Justice Reform at the Texas Civil Rights Project, and the Director of Legal Affairs for Harris County Commissioner Precinct One.
