- Protecting reproductive rights. One of the cornerstones of my campaign is restoring reproductive rights in Texas. I believe individuals should have the freedom to make their own healthcare decisions without government interference. Ensuring access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare is essential for the well being and rights of all Texans.
- Affordable healthcare and regulating medication costs. Another key message is my commitment to making healthcare more affordable. I am advocating for regulating the prices of essential medications like insulin so no Texan has to choose between their health and basic necessities. Affordable healthcare should be accessible to everyone.
- Free school meals and ending private prisons. I believe no child in Texas should go hungry which is why I support free meals for every student in public schools. I am also committed to ending the use of private prisons in Texas because justice should never be driven by profit. Together we can build a more just and compassionate Texas.

- My primary focus centers on ending the influence of lobbyists to ensure elected representatives truly represent the interests of their constituents, rather than being swayed by big corporations. Additionally, I am committed to making healthcare more affordable for everyone and addressing the challenges within our immigration system with a fair and compassionate approach. These priorities reflect my belief in creating a more just and equitable society for all, and I'm excited about the opportunity to contribute to that vision through public service.
- I believe we need to raise the minimum age to buy a rifle from 18 to 21 to promote responsible gun ownership. Additionally, I'm passionate about bringing reproductive rights back to Texas, ensuring that individuals have the autonomy to make decisions about their own bodies. These are critical issues that I believe will make our society more just and equal for everyone. I'm excited about the chance to make a difference in these areas and more if given the opportunity to serve.
- I am committed to improving education and addressing the impact of inflation, especially for our retirees on fixed incomes. To enhance education, I advocate for increased funding, teacher support, and technology integration in our schools. Additionally, to combat inflation, particularly concerning for retirees, I believe in exploring policies that protect their fixed incomes, such as ensuring stable property tax rates and advocating for measures that mitigate the effects of rising costs on essential goods and services. Together, we can create an environment where education flourishes, and retirees can enjoy financial stability despite economic challenges.
Affordable Healthcare for Everyone:
Healthcare shouldn't break the bank. I'm all about figuring out how we can make it more affordable and accessible. It's a basic right, and I want to make sure everyone in our community can access quality healthcare without going broke.
Compassionate Immigration Reform:
Actively and authentically representing the diverse needs and concerns of constituents in all decision-making processes.
Legislation:
Crafting and supporting legislation that aligns with the best interests of the community, addressing pressing issues and fostering positive change.
Communication:
Maintaining transparent and open communication with constituents, keeping them informed about legislative initiatives, decisions, and seeking their input.
Constituent Services:
Providing accessible and effective assistance to constituents, addressing individual concerns, and navigating bureaucratic processes on their behalf.
Collaboration:
Collaborating with fellow officials, community leaders, and relevant stakeholders to build effective partnerships that contribute to the overall well-being of the community.
Advocacy:
Advocating for policies that promote social justice, equity, and inclusivity, ensuring fair representation for all constituents.
Budget Oversight:
Prudently overseeing public finances, ensuring responsible budgeting, and allocating resources to meet the most critical needs of the community.
Community Engagement:
Actively engaging with the community through town halls, meetings, and other forums to stay connected with their concerns and aspirations.
Ethical Conduct:
Upholding high ethical standards, avoiding conflicts of interest, and maintaining the public's trust through honest and principled conduct.
Long-Term Vision:
Developing and championing a long-term vision for the community, guiding policies that contribute to sustainable growth and improvement.
Accessibility:
And if you're looking for a more lighthearted struggle, I'd have to say it's saying no to desserts because, truth be told, I have a big sweet tooth!
Government accountability is equally crucial. Elected officials should be answerable to the public, and mechanisms must be in place to hold them responsible for their actions. I support robust oversight, ethical conduct, and accountability measures to ensure that the public interest is always prioritized. Upholding these principles not only strengthens our democratic institutions but also promotes a more accountable and responsive government that serves the needs of the people.
