Our kids deserve the best education in the world. School choice is more important than ever, especially considering the recent government imposed school shutdowns. If and when government schools get distracted by unproven, trendy ideological fads, parents need other options, including public charter schools. We need to make sure our schools have all the resources they need. The rising generation needs the skills required to compete in a world of emerging technologies, and those skills must be built on a love and respect for American history.
Support for Veterans
Veterans represent the best of America. Thanks to their courage, we are free. When they return home, their leadership strengthens our society and inspires future generations. Unfortunately, our government has failed to provide those veterans in need of help the support they deserve. It’s unacceptable the the VA hospital in the Central Valley ranks among the worst in the United States. I will fight to make the government live up to its obligations to our veterans.
