Nathan J. Milliron has committed himself to providing the highest caliber of legal services to his clients and will bring that same dedication to the litigants and counsel that appear before the 215th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas.

Nathan graduated from the University of Houston Law Center and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in May 2004. Nathan has been practicing in Houston and Harris County, Texas, as well as in various courts throughout the State, since that time. He has garnered extensive litigation experience, in a host of civil matters, including breach of contract actions, banking and finance, collections and creditors’ rights (including post-judgment enforcement), corporate and business law, personal injury, and real estate.

Nathan is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, the Southern District of Texas, the Western District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Nathan will uphold the rule of law. He will treat each litigant and each dispute, along with counsel, fairly and with respect.
  • The wheels of justice must always move forward. Nathan believes that all parties are entitled to a timely “day in court” and speedy rulings on pending pre-trial and post-trial motions.
  • Nathan will work tirelessly to prepare for hearings and trials and will rule on pending matters quickly so that all disputes can be resolved within an appropriate and reasonable period of time so that those before the 215th Civil District Court are not wasting valuable time, incurring unnecessary legal fees, and costs awaiting slow moving dockets and rulings. Justice delayed is justice denied.
The efficiency and impartiality of the justice system.
I have a strong work ethic and, on day one, am willing to put in the time to ensure that the wheels of justice move forward in a timely, efficient, and polite manner for the litigants/parties before the 215th District Court. I will work diligently and hard to apply the law fairly.
Impartiality, fairness, and a strong willingness to do the job so that litigants/parties to a case feel that the law was applied equally and efficiently and that justice was done in a timely manner.

I'm seeking to unseat a long-term incumbent because the status quo has failed, time and again. TX/18 is not now nor has it ever been a priority in Congress. Instead, it has proven to be ammunition in a war against democracy aimed solely at illegally unseating a duly elected President of the United States of America.

I support President Trump and many of his initiatives to Make America Great Again. The economy is strong and the homeland is secure yet our representatives have unnecessarily challenged his authority again and again.

I reside in TX/18. I've gotten to know the neighborhood and the people and it is time for change. It is time to put our partisan politics aside and it is time to work for our citizens instead of our personal interests. It is time for Congress to do the work of the people and to focus on a balanced budget, healthcare, lower prescription drug costs, infrastructure, and USMCA, among many others sidelined by party politics. We must lower taxes and bolster our military. We must do right by the American people because there can be no doubt that we are the greatest country in the world.
  • Congress needs to govern and do the work of the American people, including the good citizens of TX/18.
  • Partisan politics must go and the good of our country needs to be paramount to anything else.
  • We need to embrace and respect one another to build a better American future.
I am passionate about Texas and our country and I want to be sure that we get to work for the American people. My goal is to focus on a balanced budget, healthcare, lower prescription drug costs, infrastructure, and USMCA, among many others sidelined by party politics. We must lower taxes and bolster our military.
