Nathan Svihovec was the North Dakota Commissioner of Labor. Svihovec assumed office on December 1, 2022. Svihovec left office on December 15, 2024.

Gov. Doug Burgum (R) appointed Svihovec in November 2022 to replace former Commissioner Kathy Kulesa (nonpartisan).[1]
