Neal is a local businessman best known for the development of the CORBOND spray foam Insulation System that has been successfully marketed across the U S, Canada, and a bit overseas. The CORBOND manufacturing plant, in Belgrade, is currently operated by JohnsManville(JM). He ran for State House in 2016 in a predominately Dem district and garnered the largest vote count for a Republican ever in that district. A resident of Bozeman since 1974, he with his wife Jean have raised a family of 5 children here. Neal is a veteran of the Montana Army National Guard, was educated in architecture and has a long career in building construction and commercial property management, ‘the real world’ as it is often called. Neal is a knowledgeable and experienced candidate, well suited to represent Montana Senate District 33.
  • More dollars in your own control: Does the government really spend your money more wisely than you? I support the freedom and tools that foster a flourishing free enterprise system, and appropriate deregulation and tax reform to lower barriers to entry and growth. I will decrease your taxes at every opportunity. Hard earned money is put to best use by those who earned it. The economy grows when earners have more to spend, save and invest.
  • More decisions in your own hands: I believe in individual liberty, self-governance and rights of property. Real economic and job growth requires vibrant private sector businesses. What we earn for our labors is the basis of a free, prosperous and responsible people. Foster and protect these rights along with strong families and the future is assured. The first of all natural, God given rights, is LIFE itself.
  • Building a future for Montanans: I believe our incredible Montana natural resources, including state and national parks, can and should be protected so that they delight us and future generations. Balanced energy conservation is an issue that requires numerous approaches, including generation by conservation, an approach I have fostered my entire career in building insulation. The intermittent availability of renewables absolutely requires that we maintain our fossil fuel and Hydro power generation capacity. Wind and solar are introducing a set of problems of their own. Montana natural-resource industries are led by real people and need encouragement to continue responsible resource development by in-state companies.
The absolute right to LIFE as presented in our 1776 Declaration of Independence. No 'right to privacy' can trump the right to life because there are two persons involved in a pregnancy, mother and child. The State has a compelling interest in, and a responsibility for protecting all human life, as is illustrated by our many laws and licensing related to medicine, or our may traffic laws for safety on our roads.
My father Hugh Ganser. An example of a man who loved his wife and children (8) and di what he had to do to provide a good life for them.
An unalterable belief in the principals of our founding Declaration, the efficacy of our U.S. Constitution, the free enterprise system and our ability and responsibility to govern our personal selves and our own affairs.
Occupy the chair, support legislation that maintains proper societal structures and stop legislation that does not.
Lived well, loved his wife and children and did what needed to be done in his time.
Witnessed a political debate between John F Kennedy and Richard Nixon at Madison Wisconsin in 1959. Was 8 years old.
Dishwasher at our church gatherings starting at 10 yrs old. Lasted 4 years.
Huckleberry Finn. A real adventure.
It is encoded in law. It does not hurt if both branches are doing the their best for the people and not just the power.
Management of natural resources and extraction, codifying the right to life and the right to work.
May be beneficial if they are on the right track. It's more beneficial if they have real world experience contending with all the vagaries of life, family, business development , all of which seem to involve contending with government.
Yes. Wouldn't it make it easier to accomplish goals for the people if there is a bit of cooperation.
The numerous stories of property tax poverty and the driving of local people out of their own houses - lives spent paying off a mortgage only to be driven out by government. It is plunder of great magnitude.
LIFE at conception act. School board and levy elections on November ballots.
Judiciary, Energy, Natural Resources,
Complete transparency of all government functions is a must.
Get rid of it. This smacks of pure democracy which always leads to the tyranny of a majority. In todays world, it is often used by special interests with big money, even from out of state, to get things that would never pass the representative legislature. This is in contradiction to the requirements of our U.S. Constitution and the Louisiana Purchase, both of which require a republican form of government. The ballot initiative process was put in place by Democrats in the 1972 Montana Constitution for the very reason of bypassing the republican, representative process. It bypasses public legislative hearings and debate.
