The Nebraska Board of Railway Commissioners Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Nebraska on November 6, 1906, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure created the Board of Railway Commissioners and provided for the duties and six year term limits of its members.[1]
