The Nebraska County Manager Government Amendment was not on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Nebraska as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have allowed for a county manager form of county government upon the approval of voters in a county under question. A “county manger form” is a county government in which county officers are appointed by county council members.[1]

The amendment was introduced into the Nebraska Legislature by State Senator John Harms (NP-48).[1]
