The Nebraska Liquor Traffic Prohibition Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Nebraska on November 4, 1890, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have prohibited the trafficking of liquor.[1]
