The Nebraska Revising the Constitution Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Nebraska on November 8, 1904, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have provided for revising, amending and changing the Nebraska Constitution.[1]
