The Nebraska Supreme Court Justices Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Nebraska on November 4, 1890, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have increased the number of justices on the Nebraska Supreme Court from three to five. The measure also would have made justices have term limits of five years.[1]
