Nebraska legislators did not approve any initiative bills

LINCOLN, Nebraska: Members of the Nebraska Legislature ended session on April 14, 2010, without approving a single piece of initiative legislation.
A total of seven pieces of initiative legislation was considered during the 2009-2010 session including three amendments to the Nebraska Constitution geared towards changing parts of its signature requirements[1]. All seven of the proposals that were considered in the 2009-2010 session did not advance out of legislative committee[2][3][4][5][6][7][8] [9].
