Nebraska state executive races decided in primary
May 15, 2012
LINCOLN, Nebraska: While Nebraskans were busy watching election results for contested races, they may have completely missed that there were two state executive races on the ballot - two seats on the Public Service Commission. The races have drawn little attention as both incumbents are unopposed.[1]
According to unofficial results, District 1 incumbent Frank Landis (R) and District 3 incumbent Tim Schram (R) both received over 27,000 votes each. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, they are guaranteed re-election in the November general election.[1]
