Ned S. Fuller
Ned S. Fuller (Republican Party) ran for election for judge of the New Mexico Supreme Court. He lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Fuller was a judge of the 2nd Judicial District Court in New Mexico. He was appointed by Governor Susana Martinez on July 18, 2014, to a new judgeship.[1] He lost in the 2014 election and stepped down when his term ended in December 2014.[2]
Fuller announced his intention to run in the partisan election for a seat on the New Mexico Court of Appeals in the 2016 elections. Fuller was running as a Republican but he later withdrew.[3]
Education
Fuller received his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.[4]
Career
Fuller has worked as the director of the New Mexico Workers Compensation Administration and as an administrative law judge. From December 2013 until his appointment to the district court in July 2014, he was the legal bureau chief for the New Mexico Risk Management Division.[1]

2016

In order to fill a vacancy on the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the New Mexico Judicial Nominating Committee put forth three candidates from which Gov. Susana Martinez (R) could select a replacement for the seat, including Fuller's name. While waiting for Martinez to make her final decision, Fuller filed to run for the seat on the court of appeals.
Fuller ran as a Republican but withdrew before the June 7 primary election.
2014

Fuller ran for re-election to the Second Judicial District Court.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 48.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Victor Lopez.

Fuller ran for election to the New Mexico Court of Appeals, but was defeated by Robert Robles in the general election. Fuller received 49.2 percent of votes while Robles received 50.8 percent.[5]
