A Needles Charter Amendment ballot proposition, Measure P was on the June 8, 2010 ballot in the City of Needles in San Bernardino County, where it was approved.

Measure P amended the Needles Charter to allow the city hospital to be sold.

MEASURE P: Shall Charter Section 910 be amended to read as follows: “The City Hospital may be sold pursuant to relevant provisions of the California Government Code.”[1]
