Neil Livingstone
Neil Livingstone was a 2012 Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Montana in the 2012 election. He and his running mate, Ryan Zinke, finished 5th in the June 5th Republican primary election.[1]
Biography
Livingstone is a third generation Montanan raised in Helena. He graduated from Helena Senior High School and holds an undergraduate, three master's degress, and a Ph.D.[2]
