Neil Schild
Neil Schild was the District 2 representative on the Sacramento Suburban Water District Board in California. First elected in 2012, Schild won re-election automatically in 2016 after he was the lone candidate to file for the seat.[1] Schild passed away on April 15, 2018.[2]
