Two Nelson Township Road Tax Levy Renewal questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Portage County, which is in Ohio, where they were approved.

These questions both authorized the Township of Nelson to renew a tax levies of 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund construction and repair of roads and bridges.[1]
