As the son of a teacher, I learned early on the value of hard work and respecting other people. As a Business Leader, I understand the importance of creating good-paying jobs. And for the past 20 years, I have served and collaborated with non-profit organization in different capacity to better our community, especially those who can’t speak and fight for themselves. #AdriaticoforHD28

What I Believe!

Our STRENGTH is still our PEOPLE and the DIVERSITY at our CORE. I truly believe, we are stronger and safer when America brings the world together and leads it with principle and purpose. We should strengthen our alliances and not weaken them through the power of development, transparency, and diplomacy. Our country and economy are stronger when people thrive and when we help one another. I have always advocated for equal opportunity and rights for all and will continue to do so.

This election is beyond the position I am running for. This is all About US coming together unified… ONE Community….ONE Country. Last time I check this is still America and I am an American...An immigrant American and I am proud of it!
  • The 3 P’s of our Campaign: 1. People: People should come first. We need to stop politicizing, polarizing, and engaging in self-interest agendas and start doing the job as an elected official.
  • 2. Policies and Programs: We need to execute policies and programs that empower and strengthen our People, our community and our small businesses through economic opportunities and entrepreneurship utilizing local resources and manpower.
  • 3. Principle: We must govern with Decency. Public Office is about serving the People. We, the People, should be picking our leaders to represent us. Not the other way around. We cannot expect equality without equity and surely cannot expect diversity without inclusion.
Let's R.I.S E Together because the B.E.S.T is yet to come for HD 28. We need to advocate for our:

B: Businesses (Small and Mid-size)
E: Education (Schools and Educators)
S: Safety and Security (All Forms of Life)

T: Taxes (Property & Business)

What am I fighting for!

I have been a firm believer in the American Dream. As a husband, father, business owner & a community advocate, I have been blessed by the promise of that Dream and in-turn want to pay forward so I can continue to serve my community in a formal capacity. As an immigrant I know the struggle, the hardships of coming to a country you're not familiar with. I want to serve and empower our community to have a voice, to be better and realized that American Dream is "real" and achievable through work hard and determination. We just need to grasp the opportunity given by being engaged, being involved and learned how to participate in the community because REPRESENTATION matters.

Running for office in this district is too personal for me because the district is represented by almost 80% immigrant and refugees. Since when being an immigrant is bad thing? Since when being a refugee became an enemy and since when being an Asylum seeker became so unwelcome in this country?

What I Believe!

Our STRENGTH is still our PEOPLE and the DIVERSITY at our CORE. I truly believe, we are stronger and safer when America brings the world together and leads it with principle and purpose. We should strengthen our alliances and not weaken them through the power of development, transparency and diplomacy. Our country and economy are stronger when people thrive and when we help one another.

My name is Nelvin Joseph Adriatico, humbly asking for your support and vote because I want to represent you and our community as your City Council for District J. So let's "RISE" Together and AIM HIGH!... God bless you all!.

This is the moment!

This is the day,
When I send all my doubts and demons
On their way!
Every endeavor,
I have made - ever -
Is coming into play,
Is here and now - today!
This is the moment,
This is the time,
When the momentum and the moment
Are in rhyme!
Give me this moment -
This precious chance -
I'll gather up my past
And make some sense at last!
This is the moment,
When all I've done -
All the dreaming,
Scheming and screaming,
Become one!
This is the day -
See it sparkle and shine,
When all I've lived for

Becomes mine!
