Biography

Nephi Oliva was born in San Diego, California. He earned a high school diploma from Santana High School and graduated from the Musicians Institute in 1998. His career experience includes working as an entrepreneur and professional self-defense trainer. Oliva has been affiliated with the Concealed Carriers Union of America.[1]

I am a firearm defense trainer who successfully unionized concealed carriers in 2019. I am a former bail agent who has lived in Las Vegas for nearly 30-years.
  • I fully support the equal application of law to all citizens and our government.
  • All citizens have a God-given right to protect themselves, their families, and our communities from violent crime.
  • The role of government is to enable the pursuit of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. When the government becomes encumbered with policies and regulations that inhibit that freedom, the government needs to be checked.
I am most passionate about our Constitution and the rights of citizens to live free.
My favorite president was JFK because I loved his patriotism.
To be loyal to those they represent and not their new peers.
To truly represent the people who elected them to that position and for that purpose.
To ensure the freedom of people in Nevada to enjoy their unrestricted right to protect themselves.
I worked in a sales position for a home improvement contractor. I worked for a year before I advanced.

Having the opportunity to be heard by the government about legitimate grievances.
Separation is the best relationship to have with the governor.
So long as they don't violate the constitution in the process.
Removing the Nevada Sheriff's & Chief's Association from concealed carry permitting.
