Neri Canahui-Ortiz
Neri Canahui-Ortiz (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 54. Canahui-Ortiz lost in the general election on November 5, 2019.
The 54th House of Delegates Democratic Committee canceled its caucus that was scheduled for June 6, 2019, when Canahui-Ortiz was the only candidate to file. Canahui-Ortiz was declared the official general election candidate.[1]
