The Nevada Charitable Lotteries Initiative did not make the 2012 ballot in the state of Nevada as an initiated state statute. The measure sought exemption from state statutes that govern charitable lotteries. The measure wanted this exemption in order to legalize office betting pools. The proposal was introduced by Charity Partner's Giving Foundation.[1]
