The Nevada Redistricting Commission Amendment is not on the ballot in Nevada as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 3, 2026.
The amendment would have established a redistricting commission to map electoral districts for the Nevada State Senate, Nevada General Assembly, and the U.S. House of Representatives.[1]

Process in Nevada
An initiated constitutional amendment is a citizen-initiated ballot measure that amends a state's constitution. Eighteen (18) states allow citizens to initiate constitutional amendments.
In Nevada, the number of signatures required for an initiated constitutional amendment is equal to 10% of the total number of votes cast in the preceding general election. A simple majority vote in two consecutive elections is required for voter approval.
The requirements to get an initiated constitutional amendment certified for the 2026 ballot and the next even-yeared election ballot:
- Signatures: 148,789 valid signatures are required.
- Deadline: The deadline to submit signatures is June 24, 2026.

- October 1, 2025: The initiative was withdrawn by the Secretary of State.
