My vision is to make Nevada the best place to live, work, and raise a family. I will take on the challenges facing our community through policies that promote job opportunities, increase access to high-quality education, enhance public safety, and increased access to healthcare. As Nevada is trying to recover from devastating shut downs and mishandling of COVID, we are now facing a devastating increase of cost of living through out our state. The result is a severe shortage of affordable housing and skyrocketing fuel and grocery costs. Politicians like to say we’ve rebounded from the COVID recession, but too many of us still feel the crunch. We need a local economy that works for all of us.

Everyone knows our schools consistently rank among the worst in the nation. Politicians have been talking about fixing the problem for too long. We must act now to make meaningful changes to our schools. I will advocate to reduce CCSD into smaller and manageable districts to decrease bureaucracy and increase accountability of the schoolboards. I will support legislations that will promote the well being of our teachers and enable them to teach our children to be the best that they could be. Parents will have the ability to choose the school that is right for their children, and not what is right for the school district.

Public safety is a priority. I support our police. I will ensure our first responders have the necessary tools to protect us and do their job safely by investing in technology to fight crime more effectively. I will advocate for community-based organizations that help prevent crime. I will work hard to create programs to prevent and treat addiction and enhance mental health. I will combat human trafficking through community awareness and support for organizations established to prevent it.
Taxes and government spending have a huge impact on our daily life. Every tax hike and budget increase results in less money in the pockets of Nevadans to pursue their own financial goals. I will restore fiscal accountability and oversight of our tax dollars. This means cutting wasteful spending and trimming bloated budgets instead of raising or creating more taxes. Reduce frivolous spending and ensure that funds are properly allocated to healthcare, schools, and safety.
