A Nevada Village Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wyandot County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Village of Nevada to renew a property tax levy of 1.5 mills ($1.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to provide for current expenses.[1]

Language on the ballot:
| “ | A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Nevada for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifteen cents ($0.15) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
