New Chief Judge of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals starts term

Colorado: Judge Mary Briscoe began her term as chief judge of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on the first weekend of May in 2010. She succeeds Judge Robert Henry as he stepped down in preparation of his coming retirement scheduled for June 30 of this year. Briscoe was appointed in 1995 by then President Bill Clinton.[1]
