New Hampshire 2014 ballot measures
No statewide ballot questions are certified for the November 4, 2014 ballot in the state of New Hampshire.
The 2014 legislative session began on January 8, 2014 and concluded on June 13, 2014. The state does not allow initiatives or referendums, therefore, measures must be referred by the New Hampshire Legislature. Two legislatively referred constitutional amendments had the potential to appear on the general election ballot in November, however, neither passed both houses of the general court prior to its adjournment. In order to place an amendment before voters, the New Hampshire General Court would have been required to pass the legislation by a 60 percent vote.
