New Hampshire Absentee Voters, Question 1 (1930)
The New Hampshire Absentee Voters Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 4, 1930, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. It proposed to provide for absentee voting in the biennial election.[1]

Note: Although this measure gathered more "yes" votes, it did not pass because New Hampshire requires that an amendment receive greater than two-thirds of the vote to be approved.
