New Hampshire Absentee Voting, Question 2 (1942)
The New Hampshire Absentee Voting Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 3, 1942, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to allow the legislature to provide for absentee voting in the biennial elections.[1]
