The New Hampshire Apportionment of the House of Representatves Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 5, 1912, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. It proposed a plan for the apportionment of the House of Representatives.[1]

Note: Although this measure gathered more "yes" votes, it did not pass because New Hampshire requires that an amendment receive greater than two-thirds of the vote to be approved.
