New Hampshire Census Adjustments, Question 4 (1960)
The New Hampshire Census Adjustments Amendment, also known as Question 4, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1960, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to allow the legislature to make census adjustments for legislative representation based on temporary residents residing in the state.[1]
