The New Hampshire Certain Cases Tried by Police Amendment, also known as Question 10, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 5, 1912, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed that police be given power to try criminal cases that could not result in imprisonment in the state prison.[1]
