New Hampshire Civil Officers Oath of Allegiance, Question 2 (1970)
The New Hampshire Civil Officers Oath of Allegiance Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to require civil officers to swear allegiance to the United States and New Hampshire and to uphold the constitution.[1]
