New Hampshire Civil Suit Jury Trial Amendment (1976)
The New Hampshire Civil Suit Jury Trial Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 2, 1976, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. This amendment proposed to raise the threshold amount for a jury trial in civil cases to over 3,000 dollars.[1]
