New Hampshire Commissioned Officers Amendment (1966)

The New Hampshire Commissioned Officers Amendment, also known as Question 7, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1966, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed that the governor and council can remove a commissioned officer after the officer's defense has been heard in both houses.[1]
