New Hampshire Continuity of State and Local Government, Question 2 (1960)
The New Hampshire Continuity of State and Local Government Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1960, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed that continuity of state and local government be provided by the legislature in case of attack by an enemy.[1]
