The New Hampshire Court Practices and Procedure Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 2, 2004, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed to clarify the powers of the judiciary and the legislature in regard to the regulation of court procedures.[1]
