Ballotpedia:Trial Courts

The New Hampshire District Courts have been consolidated into the New Hampshire Circuit Courts, effective July 1, 2011. There are ten divisions of the Circuit Court, one in each county.

History of the District Courts

From 1984-2011, the District Courts were located in 34 cities and towns across New Hampshire. The District Courts served one or more towns in their jurisdictions.
