The New Hampshire Elected Officials to Serve in National Guard, also known as Question 4, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed allowing elected officials to serve in the National Guard or Military Reserve.[1]
