The New Hampshire Election by Plurality Amendment, also known as Question 8, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 5, 1912, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to use a plurality rather than a majority of the vote as the standard for electing the governor, councilors and senators.[1]
