New Hampshire Estate Tax, Question 2 (1930)
The New Hampshire Estate Tax Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 4, 1930, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. It proposed that the legislature have the ability to impose an estate tax.[1]
