The New Hampshire Governor's Councilors Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on February 26, 1980, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. This measure proposed that the language of the New Hampshire Constitution be amended to reflect that the governor's councilors are selected from councilor districts.[1]
