New Hampshire Governor Disapprove Appropriations, Question 12 (1912)
The New Hampshire Governor Disapprove Appropriations Amendment, also known as Question 12, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 5, 1912, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. It proposed that the governor have the power to approve or disapprove items in an appropriation bill.[1]

Note: Although this measure gathered more "yes" votes, it did not pass because New Hampshire requires that an amendment receive greater than two-thirds of the vote to be approved.
