The New Hampshire Governor as Commander-in-chief Amendment, also known as Question 4, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 5, 1968, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed that the governor be given powers as commander-in-chief of the state military forces.[1]
