The New Hampshire Inheritance Tax Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 2, 1920, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. It proposed that inherited property may be taxed in a graduated and progressive manner.[1]

Note: Although this measure gathered more "yes" votes, it did not pass because New Hampshire requires that an amendment receive greater than two-thirds of the vote to be approved.
