New Hampshire Judges' Salaries Amendment (1978)
The New Hampshire Judges' Salaries Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 7, 1978, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. This amendment proposed that the salaries of judges in the superior and supreme courts may not be lowered during their time in office.[1]
