New Hampshire Jury Size Amendment, Question 2 (1992)
The New Hampshire Jury Size Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed mandating 12-person juries for capital cases.[1]

Note: Although this measure gathered more "yes" votes, it did not pass because New Hampshire requires that an amendment receive greater than two-thirds of the vote to be approved.
